Right of withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 calendar days without having to justify it. The withdrawal period shall expire after 14 days from the day you or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you, acquire the material possession of the last goods ordered.

If you choose this option, we shall notify it without delay in a “durable medium” (by email for instance).

Time limits and reimbursements

The period for withdrawal shall be deemed to have been observed if notice of withdrawal is sent before its expiry. In case of withdrawal on your part, we reimburse all payments received from the consumer, including those covering the expenses born by the trader to deliver goods to the consumer (with the exception of payments for express deliveries at the express wish of the consumer which differ from the ordinary and less expensive form of El Coleccionista Ecléctico delivery) without undue delay and, in any case, at the latest 14 calendar days from the date in which your decision to withdraw from the contract is communicated to us.

We will proceed to said reimbursement by using the same means of payment used by you in the initial transaction, unless you have explicitly expressed the contrary; in any case, no fees shall be payable by the payer in the event of a claim for a refund.

We may withhold the reimbursement until we have received or collected the goods back, or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest.

Goods must be returned straight to Óscar Alonso Gallego, Paseo Zorrilla, 96, 2D, 47006, Valladolid, without undue delay and, in any case, at the latest 14 calendar days from the date in which your decision to withdraw from the contract is communicated to us.

Delivered time is deemed to be complied in case you return the goods before the aforementioned time limit has been concluded. You must bear the direct cost of returning the goods.

You shall only be liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from the handling other than to ascertain the nature and functioning of the goods.

Withdrawal rights will not be applicable to the contracts related to:

a) The supply of goods made to the user and consumer’s specifications or clearly personalized.

b) The supply of goods made to the consumer which are liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly.

c) The supply of sealed goods unsuitable to be returned on grounds of health protection or hygiene and which were unsealed after delivery.

d) The supply of sealed audio or video recordings or computer software which were unsealed by the user and consumer after delivery.
